I want to share a short meditation I’ve been doing, with you.
Take a moment and place your hands over your heart. Think of someone, or something, that you love deeply and unconditionally. Allow that Love to fill your heart so completely it spills over, flooding every cells of your being. Then allow it to permeate your home and everyone in it, then your neighborhood, your town/city, your continent and then see this Love wrapping around the whole world, growing and expanding on its journey, and coming back to you in an endless loop,
